Hot Chip's Over And Over
I like to use Over And Over as a warmup tune because it is at the bottom of the climbing scale (120 bpm) and the chorus/refrain "over and over ..." and "under and under ..." lend themselves well to alternating standing climbs for the first half of the chorus and standing flats for the second. In between, I have the group do upper body stretching. Oftentimes I like to start with Over And Over and follow it up with something a bit faster like Kiss You Off by the Scissor Sisters.
